In 2023, Staci represented the sellers in the two top residential sales in Ardsley Park history, represented the seller in the highest residential sale for the year at The Landings and secured an all-time record price per square foot for a home in Savannah’s National Historic Landmark District. She also made history in 2022 by securing the highest residential sale price on record for Savannah’s Victorian District for her sellers.

A longtime resident of downtown Savannah, Staci is known for her in-depth market knowledge, uncompromising integrity and strong negotiation skills. A former financial and business consultant, she brings a business-oriented approach to real estate. Earlier in her career, Staci worked in accounting, finance and account management at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta and served as a Certified Public Accountant in the audit department at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. She also served as a controller for the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and as chief of staff in SCAD’s Office of the President. She attended Clemson University and the University of Delaware and has a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Active in the community, Staci is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Savannah. She previously served on the board of directors for the Savannah Philharmonic, as a board member and Public Safety Committee Chair for the Downtown Neighborhood Association of Savannah and as treasurer of the Downtown Garden Club of Savannah. A 2022 Women Who Rule panelist, Staci is also a member of Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church, the Telfair Museum of Art Directors’ Circle, the Savannah Philharmonic Composers’ Circle, United Way of the Coastal Empire’s Tocqueville Society and the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce.
